Reject unauthorized collection of emails

We refuse to collect posted email addresses without permission by using email collection programs or other technical devices.
If violated, criminal charges will be filed pursuant to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.

Article 50.2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses)
  • No person shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the Internet website without the prior consent of the operator or administrator of the Internet website.
  • No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1 above.
  • No person shall use an e-mail address for the transmission of information knowing that it is an e-mail address prohibited from collection, sale, and distribution under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2.
Article 74 (Penalty) A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be fined not more than 10 million won.
  • A person who displays, sells, or displays for sale in violation of the provisions of Article 8, Paragraph 4.
  • A person who distributes, sells, leases, performs, or displays obscene signs, texts, sounds, images, or videos in violation of the provisions of Article 44.7, Paragraph 1, Item 1.
  • A person who repeatedly causes a sign, text, sound, image, or video that causes fear or anxiety to reach the other person in violation of the provisions of Article 44.7 (1) (3).
  • A person who have taken technical measures in violation of the provisions of Article 50, Paragraph 6
  • A person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50.8, and a person who uses an e-mail address to collect, sell, distribute, or transmit information in violation of Article 50.2.
  • A person who transmits advertising information in violation of the provisions of Article 50.8
  • A person who fails to register a change in registration or report a transfer or assignment of business or a merger or inheritance in violation of Article 53 (4).
